Macie Frederick Rogers, PTA, is a physical therapist assistant at ATI Physical Therapy, with an Advanced Proficiency in Orthopedic physical therapy. She graduated from Jefferson State University and is deeply involved with APTA — both nationally as the social media lead for APTA PTAs, and at the state level as membership co-chair and an Education Committee member of the Alabama chapter. Lorna Jarrett, PTA, MSc, is a physical therapist assistant in outpatient and skilled nursing facilities. She is founder and owner of Pneuma Pilates and Wellness in Overland Park, Kansas, and co-founder of Whole Pilates Studio in Grandview, Missouri. She received an associate in applied science degree from Kansas City Kansas Community College, and a master’s degree in kinesiology and doctor of health science degree from A.T. Still University. She holds Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation with PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) national certification. Her movement and coaching certifications include Pilates for multiple sclerosis and neurological disorders, American Institute of Balance/Vestibular Rehabilitation, TheraPilates for bone building and injuries, CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist), and Capp (Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute).
