Is it laser-like? It must be.

Perhaps the most important aspect of pursuing any goal is focus. Most people are better at announcing intent than at actually following through. Focus often is the difference between "saying" and "doing."

Those of us in the physical therapy profession tend to see ourselves as being extremely focused. Are we really, though? There are many levels of focus, from "fuzzy" to "laser." We'd all do well—and best by our patients and clients—to observe and learn from the ways of the laser-focused among us. Consider these strategies, applicable to wellness goals as well as other areas related to our work.
