Dissemination of Member Information BOD Y09-19-02-04 [Policy] APTA executive staff team shall oversee development of organizational policies that ensure the security and stewardship of APTA member information. When member information is disseminated by APTA or its member groups to individuals or external organizations, it must be in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as APTA policies. Explanation of Reference Numbers [use for House policy]: HOD P00‐00‐00‐00 stands for House of Delegates/month/year/page/vote in the House of Delegates minutes; the "P" indicates that it is a position (see below).
