American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons: Management of Osteoarthritis of the Knee (Non-Arthroplasty)
Overview
This guideline focuses specifically on the non-arthroplasty treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee. It does not cover osteoarthritis of other joints, rheumatoid arthritis, or other inflammatory disorders. This replaces 2013 appropriate use criteria.
This third edition of the guideline is endorsed by the American Physical Therapy Association and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.
