At the start of 2021 APTA took immediate action to alert the new congress (117th) to the shortcomings of the current Medicare Physician Fee Schedule. APTA initiatied collaboration with many other medical associations and health care communities to address the need for payment reforms under the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS).
