Lance Walker, PT, MS, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, is a globally recognized expert in human performance, sports medicine, and athlete development, currently serving as executive director of the Human Performance and Nutrition Research Institute at Oklahoma State University. Over his 30-year career, he has led performance, rehabilitation, and sport science programs for professional, Olympic, and youth athletes, while also contributing extensively to research, education, and innovation in sport performance.
