The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services have applied blanket waivers to providers affected by California’s wildfires and straight-line winds. All waivers are retroactive to Jan. 7, 2025, and apply to the geographic area covered under the declaration of public health emergency.
