I love a good parade. I have always enjoyed my participation in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parades. But nothing compares to the once-in-a-lifetime experience of participating in the 133rd Tournament of Roses Parade. It was humbling and inspiring to be part of a float inclusively designed to embrace and celebrate our profession and the diverse group of people whose lives we touch. It was a deeply emotional day.
