Life today moves fast. We rush through our days with packed schedules, constant screen time, and long hours sitting in one position. Somewhere along the way, we start ignoring the quiet signals our bodies send us. My father was one of those people. When I was in eighth grade, he developed severe neck pain that disrupted his sleep and daily comfort. Seeing him struggle was unsettling. He was always the steady one in our family — the one who made everything feel secure.
