It's more than just a T-shirt. APTA was founded by women. With this strong tradition of women leaders in the physical therapy profession, it's not a surprise that APTA, Bureau of Labor Statistics, and Census Bureau estimates all show that about two-thirds of PTs and PTAs are women.
